Micro Review! MUNA

80s era gettin down

MUNA is the second band in a row with an all-caps name. A self-described "dark pop girl band" with a hilariously ugly website*, MUNA has that 80s synth-pop chug and a lot of pretty cool guitar parts. They only have a couple songs on Spotify right now, and the listen/download link on their website only leads to deleted media, so I don't have that much to go on. They don't sound that dark to me, but I also haven't really paid attention to any of the lyrics.

Probably worth keeping an eye on this band if you had a good time in the 80s!
